The job went great even with the rotten wood that Bruce found. The best part is that they cleaned up every day when they were done and left no mess.

My experience with this company was outstanding. We experienced an emergency ruptured toilet lead line that resulted in major water,carpet and wood damage on the upper and lower levels. Bruce and his son were fantastic. They always reported on and were professional and friendly with all family members.
The most impressive part of the repair was the meticulous care given to the drywall/paint work and carpet restoration. My inquiries with the first few contractors resulted in bids in these two areas that were three times the cost of CRT. I have recently referred an acquaintance; who had a similar problem last week, to Bruce and his company, based on the wonderful experience and trust that I have in this company.

Bruce, sorry it has taken so long to submit this report. We've had several other emergencies that demanded our attention, and it is certainly not a reflection on your work or my appreciation of your services.

Bruce always shows up as agreed after coming by beforehand to estimate time/materials. He is equipped with all necessary tools and even has some odds and ends of hardware to ensure job completion.

Bruce is very reasonable in his prices and very accomodating. I am happy to say that, in him, I have found my handyman.

Bruce was available and started the day after submitting his bid. He showed up on time and completed all work as we agreed. He was able to use his own initiative in resolving differences between the old and new units, left the premises clean and orderly and finished on time.

Bruce did a great job, was very helpful, patient, honest and timely. I plan to have him come back to do the next phase of the job when I can afford it. Bruce came over & made an estimate. He made some very helpful suggestions about the plans. We had some changes in our plans so we asked him to delay the start of the project twice, a week each time and he graciously accommodated our requests. He also accepted other changes to the project and helped with additional tasks that came with those changes. He made a good effort to minimize the mess and to clean up each day. His workmanship was excellent and he was very polite, and easy to talk to. I recommend him without reservation!

Bruce was very flexible. I called and he was available the next day. But we had to postpone a day, as I had issues getting the unit that we needed. He was willing to work with me on schedule. He met me the next day at the property. He got the unit out of the box, read the install instructions, and proceeded to do a fabulous job of installing the unit. It took about an hour. We had not electric until the next day, so we could not test it out. But once the electric was in, it all worked fine.

I HEARD OF BRUCE'S COMPANY AS REFERRAL FOR FENCING IN 2004. I RECENTLY CALLED HIM AGAIN MAY 2006 FOR GENERAL CARPENTRY REPAIRS. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT, AFFORDABLE AND THE GUYS ARE SO NICE. VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. REPAIRS WERE DONE QUICKLY AND WITH QUALITY DETAIL.
