I found Zorro Link when I was having internet speed issues resulting from a bad ethernet connection. He was able to come to my house early afternoon the same day I called, and found that the ethernet connection in the wall was set up wrong. My internet had been so slow since I had it installed and the "professional" who installed said it must be the plan I'm on with Cox. So I upgraded to Cox's 500 Mbps plan, and my speed was still slow. All this time I was only getting speeds of 94 down/29 up and my ethernet card showed the link speed at 100/100Mbps. Once Hogr replaced the ethernet jack, he ran Cat6 under the house, and my ethernet link speed went to 1000/1000, and the speed test now shows 450 down/29 up. So happy! (I'm going to talk to Cox about the 29 up, tho, because I think they are throttling the speed). Since Hogr was here, I had him take care of hiding some AV cables in the wall behind my TV too, and he might be helping with some other work related projects that I've postponed.
