We were taking a trip and so we took our car in and left it with them. They called my husband over the phone and paid via credit card and they left the car so we could pick it up when we got back. We are pretty happy with them.

In for general service. They knew I was going to be selling this car soon, and gave me a great option on the repair. I have been using this shop for my Toyota and Infiniti for the past 10 years. They know their business, and always do a great job, this time was no different.

The people were excellent -- very helpful and kept me in the loop very well. They even stayed late to finish my car after one of the things took them longer than they thought.
But there were problems that I only discovered a year later. When they say and quot;Perform 90k factory maintenanceand quot; (exactly the wording on the receipt) you expect everything the factory specifies should be done, and you don't go through every line item to ask whether they did this and that. Well, it turns out that each shop can have its own idea of what a and quot;90k serviceand quot; might be. The reason I found out is that about 15k miles later I brought the car into a small Honda-specialized shop for the next minor service, and they called up and said, and quot;You know what, it looks like the 90k hasn't been done, do you want us to do that too?and quot; Huh!?!?!? They found the following things not done by Wolf's at the 90k service: valve adjustment, distributor cap and rotor replacement, power steering service. These were all things that are on Honda's factory service list for the 90k service, and Wolf's did not do them. Wolf's receipt doesn't list them as done either.
So be careful. Wolf's prices are good and customers are satisfied, but they may not do what your car's factory service calls for. And some of the things they didn't do were quite important.
Just be aware. It might not be an issue if you know ahead of time why you're saving on the service cost. I would not use them again since there are other choices for service where I get the full factory maintenance done at similar prices.

I loved them. It was a delightful place to be. They explained everything and they were very friendly. They took me promptly and they checked in with me every once in a while. The communication was good and they were professional. They had a nice waiting area.

Wolfe's Auto repair was referred to me by a business that sells German Auto parts. I called and spoke to Mike and scheduled an appointment within 2 business days. When I showed up, Mike had a slot for me, and he also had notes on our conversation. They had the car ready by the end of the day, and were very detailed in both verbally and on the invoice on the work performed.
