The overall excperience was not good.

"We did install bamboo flooring in her home and when we got the call about her issue we came right out and took a look at it. We tried multiple ways to remedy the situation, but in the end we agreed that we would need to remove the flooring and reinstall the same type or equal flooring. Much of the delays were due to her picking a replacement floor and her schedule. In the end She picked an upgraded floor so we informed her there would be an additional cost for the material prior to ordering it, as it was our job to replace the existing floor not upgrade her to whatever her hearts desire. She agreed to the additional cost, had us do the replacement and then she did not pay for the upgraded cost. We are a company that has over 40 years experience in San Diego and we have grown our family business thru word of mouth and referrals. As a customer we give her an F and we would caution anyone who is considering doing work for her. In our dealing with her we feel she lacks integrity."

The entire process was trouble-free. Steve (the owner) is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Before we placed the order, Steve spent several hours helping us decide on the best product for the floor. All the folks who work for Steve are professional, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the installation. We will certainly engage them in the future should the need arise.

The men showed up on time. and did a very professional job, The work was really well done and looks great.
There was one minor problem that the company took care of in a very swift and proffessional manner. I would higly recommend them. I especially likes how they made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

They did the job quickly, charged a fair price and the floor looks fantastic. The only issue is that the t-molding was installed improperly, and it cracked. It was quite difficult to have them return for the repairs as well. Once they did return, however, the repairs were done completely to my satisfaction.

They laid in a 15x20ft game room floor with pecan and hickory. It's a beautiful floor and I'm very pleased with outcome.

Within two days of my call Steve came over and give us an estimate. They were able to start on the work the day after the tile arrived. The whole job only took two days. The crew arrived on time and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Steve called me several times to make sure the job was going smoothly. After the floors were finished they needed to leave a few pieces of equipment. Within an hour a young man picked them up and made sure our driveway was cleaned.
The price was affordable and better than all of the other places I called.

They were pretty good. I was really happy with the entryway. Every time I go by there, I think about how much better it is. They had some trouble cleaning the grout in the kitchen because it's kind of old; I don't think it was their fault. When they put the polymer surface on the counter, some of it came loose. I think they do good work. They are going to come back to work on the grout in the kitchen again; I'm glad they're going to come. My wife and I were very pleased with the entryway. They were very responsive.

Wirtz was a subcontractor through Sid's Carpet Barn and I am very happy they were used for my tile install. They are very experienced and did a great job. There had been uneveness and cracking of old tiles so Sid's sent them out to assess the problem. They assured me it was not a big problem and they could fix it. Additionally, I wanted new tile on the living room fireplace and they worked that in as well. Steve was very helpful in selecting a better grout color than I had picked out for the fireplace and explaining the process of tiling the fireplace. They had to grind the floor in places and the front of the fireplace. They were very particular about getting the fireplace tile lined up correctly. I also had them come back to seal the grout on the tile floor. Steve also dropped off some of their stone/tile floor cleaner for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND RELIABLE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CARED ABOUT WHAT I WANTED.
