They did an excellent job of explaining our options, preparing an estimate, and carrying out the work. Our floors looked like new again once they were finished.

The floors are gorgeous!  Duane and his workers showed up when they promised and got the work done in a few days for each area.  They had to wait between coats of stain and varnish, but it still only took a few days for each of the areas.  We had removed a closet in one bedroom and there were gaps in the wood flooring where the closet walls had been.  That room also had water damage and a lot of scraped floor boards and wavy boards.  Duane matched the wood perfectly for the patches and made it look like new.  I expected to lose the scratches, but he also removed the waves.  I recommend this company for new installations and for refinishing and repairs.

Everything turned out really well. The floor looks beautiful. There were stains and they made it turn out really good. Their prices were really reasonable. They were very accommodating to us with our time schedule, that really surprised me. They had to make a custom threshold for me, and they were able to accomplish this very easily and reasonable priced.

The were the best estimate of the companies I called, and were able to do the work in a timely manner. The sanded and refinished over 1000 sqft of 80 year old oak, replacing boards as needed. They also hand mixed a stain color at the site to make my designer wife happy! The floor looks great. The only possible complaint is that we're not sure they really put all the coats of polyurethane they promised. The estimate said four, but the workers on the site said they were going to do two. We had to show them the estimate to get them to do more, but I'm not sure they actually did all four as we weren't there for the last day. It doesn't seem like a thick coat, but again I'm not certain.
