VEGA'S FENCE CO

Alberto Vega came over to give an estimate and to mark out where the fence posts would be going. He was always on time whenever I met with him. He called nd gave me a date when they would start the work. I subsequently got a call asking me if he could start a couple of days earlier and they came over and completed the fence in five hours. Both Alberto and Thomas Vega were very polite and easy to work with. We are delighted with our new fence.

Responded with an estimate within a few days. Set a time for the repair (about a week later).  Three workers showed up on time- and quickly performed the removal and replacement (about 3 hrs.).  They cleaned up the area and I paid them with a check (no credit cards).

We found out about them from our next door neighbor, but they never got back with us.  Yesterday our neighbor was putting up a fence up and they started digging holes and started digging cablelines.  It looked like it would be the powerline to my son's  house and asked to move the fence a couple of inches.  They were immediately supposed to stop and call the power company.  We tried to tell Mr. Vega and they didn't care and their tone was not nice, but they didn't stop digging.  My son wanted to wait for the city to come out.  They continued digging and didn't wait on the city and gnored us.  Fortunately it wasn't a powerline it was an old cable wire and never removed it.  The fencing company should have waited.  The fence is totally on my son's property and not on the property line.  They just didn't seem to have good business practices.  The fence they put up is beautiful.  Their work is not awful, but as far as dealing with the procedures it was not the best.

Vega's was professional and responsive from start to finish. Of the five companies I contacted they were the only ones that always had someone around to answer the phone and always quickly responded to questions and changes in plan. The quote was competitive (and provided on the spot) and the work done was great. They came on time, finished quickly, and left things clean. I would definitely use them again.

Came out and gave a free estimate the same day we called - within a few hours. Estimate was approximately $1,000 less than others we had. Crew arrived at the appointed time, worked diligently, and kept the mess to a minimum. It took them a half-day longer than estimated, but it was very hot those days and rained on one of them. They did a good job of cleaning up after themsleves.

TOM, THE SALESMAN, IS POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE CAME OUT, DID AN ESTIMATE AND WROTE IT UP. WITHIN A WEEK MY FENCE WAS UP. THE WORKERS ARRIVED AROUND 8AM AND WERE DONE BY 11AM. THEY WORKED HARD AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB. NO CORNERS WERE CUT. AS THEY WENT TO LEAVE I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD REMOVE A PIECE OF OLD FENCING AND A GATE. THEY HAPPILY DID SO IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AND WERE GONE. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DONE QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN IN ALL OF THEIR WORK.
