I see Dr. Olsen because she is familiar with French bulldogs since she has them herself. The people at VCA

have been taking care of my dog since she was a puppy, she is seven yrs old now and in excellent health. I like

the way the staff handles any claims for my dog insurance which insure I get rapid action

The staff seems to enjoy working with animals. The waiting room and exam rooms are relatively clean. The vet listened and addressed my concerns.

The Dr. examined my dog, showed me diagrams of what was wrong (she had a ruptured disk and was paralyzed). He detailed the options and the possible outcome as well as after care scenario. He provided me with all the information necessary for me to make a decision to move forward or put my dog to sleep. When I sadly chose to have her euthanized, he did not make me feel guilty, offered his condolences and let me be with my dog when she passed. When I left the office, everyone told me how sorry they were, they acted like they had know us for years. I felt like all the compassion was genuine and was glad that I had found this Hospital.
