Our dishwasher was not filling with water, due to a clogged intake filter. Uzak diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, for a $20 diagnosis fee. He had us order the replacement part directly from the manufacturer, which saved him time, and us money. He then installed the part quickly, charged us in accordance with the original estimate, and our dishwasher has been happily cleaning dishes since. Uzak is a one man show, so it took him a while to return some of our calls, but he did return them. If our experience is representative, he will quickly diagnose and fix your appliance problem for a reasonable fee.
