Description of Work: After initial visit to size up building rewiring an appt was made for work but they Called that morning and rescheduled to a following day. We were told due to size of job they would be bringing two people. The day came and the tech came alone and he said that the office had overbooked and he could only stay so long since another job was also scheduled. We were stoked on the job performed but it was not all completed due to only one tech and shortened time. We called another company next to finish the jobs.

Description of Work: Work performed was the replacement of a bathroom fan. I had originally requested another electrical company to replace the fan due to its age and noise that it was making, but was told it was not necessary (basically the person did not want to do the job). Comfort Electric finished the job very quickly and cleaned up very nicely.

Description of Work: The quote I got for a ceiling fan installation (install new electrical drop) was over $700. With the "coupon" essentially for $200, the quoted price was over $500. I later got the install done for $300.

Then, I didn't hear from them until after the window of time for the scheduled appointment. The technician left a voice message just under an hour after the appointment time-frame. I contacted them a couple hours later and left a message on the technicians phone to please contact me for a reschedule. Yet I never heard back from them by email or by phone. Description of Work: The electrical work was done well, there were other issues which need to be resolved but these are not negative and probably any electrical repair professional would be in the same situation. I fully expect that the technician will resolve the issue once I call, we're currently waiting for parts.

Description of Work: Quick, professional. I requested supplier to replace a wall switch and troubleshoot a ceiling light. Work only took about 20 minutes and the troubleshooting consisted of changing a light bulb - hardly $299 worth of work in my opinion. So I asked him to check out another light and he quoted me about $200 (required a scaffold) because of their flat pricing. I also asked him to look at an overhead light that dims whenever we turn it on and he said it was normal.

Description of Work: Replaced a Breaker on the main power box. Arrived on time, friendly and totally professional. I'd use them again.
