Description of Work: Installed outdoor electrical outlet & gave estimate for additional electrical work. Work was satisfactory, but problems as follows: |After several emails work was scheduled for 11/25/15 between 2 & 5 pm.At 3:35 I called to verify & was told there was a mix-up but someone would come 5:15-6pm. At 5:50 no word so called & told 6:30. Finally came at 6:15. Apologized and got to work. Did not finish until 9:15. I would have rescheduled if I knew it was going to take 3 hours. Also, estimates requested for additional work were higher than contractor I hired.

Description of Work: Extremely expensive. $300 worth of work did not do much and their deals are not worth what you have to pay. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced a patio light that took 15 minutes. I asked for some other things to be fixed while the tech was here, but he said the light swap of 15 minutes used up all of the 199.00 that I was entitled to.

Description of Work: The work was performed well. The "C" is for 2 things: communication and sales pressure. I did not want a certain light changed and electrician assumed I did; he did a sales job for a new fixture to be installed and I didn't realize it would cost me $456. Yes, I signed the work order, but I didn't realize that single light was costing me so much. It's sort of like dealing with an auto mechanic.

First the electrical service panel was inspected and he told us we needed a new panel because it says so on the internet. The estimate for the new panel was $3000. We were seen as seniors that were an easy "sale". I did not purchase anything and would not from this company.
