Richard was outstanding from the first phone call until he completed the job. The logistics were tricky as we dealt with a 3rd fl unit and a restrictive HOA. He drove to the site in advance, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable quote and full explanation of what would be done. He was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job on some very challenging construction materials embedded in the carpet. The carpets are pristine! He appeased the HOA by cleaning the hall carpet for free. Just an outstanding professional. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone!

Though the price on cleaning the carpeting in the rental was about $700, he did a great job and saved us the cost of new carpeting.

I have a young child that would be playing on the carpeting which was really dirty. Richard cleaned them beautifully, sanitized them and left me feeling ok that my daughter would be crawling all over them. I have also had Richard clean and repair carpet in my two previous houses and my in-laws rental condo.
