Stereo and Home Theater System Service
THE INITIAL SALE AND INSTALLATION WENT WELL. INSTALLERS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. AFTER THE INITIAL WORK WAS DONE, WE HAD TO MOVE THE SYSTEM TO HAVE OUR FLOORS REDONE. WHEN WE CALLED TO HAVE A RE-INSTALL SCHEDULED, WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING ANYONE TO CALL US BACK, INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER, SALESPERSON AND SCHEDULER. WHEN THE SALESPERSON DID CALL, HE WAS INSULTING AND INSISTED THAT WE PREPAY THE RE-INSTALL FEE (AFTER WE HAD SPENT $16,000!)BEFORE ANYTHING COULD BE SCHEDULED. WE DID AS ASKED, AND THEN NO ONE CALLED TO SCHEDULE, EVEN WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AS THE AFTER-SALE SERVICE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE.
