This was the second time Joel has done work for me. Previously, he installed a ceiling fan and repaired some outdoor lighting. He came back a couple of days later and called a week or so later to make sure I was satisfied and that everything was working well.
This time he came to ground my dishwasher. Sears installed the dishwasher four years ago and on occasion it just stops working. The last time they came out to repair it, they told me they wouldn't work on it until it was grounded properly. Fast forward six months and the dishwasher stopped working again. I called Joel and he came right out. He first checked the breaker box to see if the problem was there. It wasn't, but he did notice that it was over wired and under breakered on two breakers, which he fixed very quickly by installing the right sized breakers. He then checked the junction box under the kitchen sink and confirmed it was grounded there, but he discovered that the dishwasher had never been grounded when Sears installed it. Joel grounded it quickly and efficiently. Joel is a keeper. I will always use him for any electrical needs.
