Tim Walford Roofing

Last weekend the gusty winds lifted about half of the main rooftop solar heating panel for the swimming pool, and folded one half over the other.  That broke the joints between the main pipes and left the underlying corrugated plastic free to to be blown off the roof.  These solar panel supports had been checked and fastened two years ago by other workers. The wood holding the panel had deteriorated and the screws were loose. 
We had used Tim previously to repair a roof leak that others failed twice to repair, and we knew of his work with some other houses. He is reliable and prompt and communicates easily.
Tim came out early Monday morning and appraised the situation, and because of the weight of the panels, he needed an assistant. He bought the required parts and the two arrived Tuesday am as planned and replaced and secured the supports for both solar panels and repaired the connections between the pipes.
I had Tim reinforce the supports for two rain gutters, and he found a third gutter that also needed better supports. That meant that he had to return Wednesday with appropriate gutter hangers
He also replaced a cracked roofing tile.
I think his work is high quality, and if a problem develops, he will be readily available to fix the problem.
