I have used him on 5 different occasions and will continue to do so.
He is a very qualified handyman.
Tim did a great job on everything. He was professional and helpful with explanations. The work he did has made my home a much more pleasant place to be. The next time I need something done.. I won't hesitate to call him.
Tim's always the first person I call for repairs. He'll tell me if it's something he can handle or if I need to call someone else.
outset that he couldn't finish in one day and let us decide on priorities. At the end of the first day, he said he'd have to schedule some time later in the following week to finish the work. For the work he did, he argued about the necessity for it and was dismissive about what we wanted to do. He's welcome to his opinion, but he shouldn't have taken the job if he didn't want to do it or thought it a bad idea. His actual work was mediocre at best. He used a piece of used and dirty PVC pipe to raise a hose bib to waist level
and the new bib leaks. His manner was curt, not friendly, and he seemed reluctant to work for us. We don't mind paying market rates for work, but we expect the work to be performed in a professional manner. This is the first time we have been treated so rudely by an Angie's List provider and I hope it
will be the last.
"There was a definite language problem. I did my best to guide them in the right direction to avoid more costly repairs, apparently this was misinterpreted. I made it very clear that I worked for them and would do what ever they wanted. The PVC pipe I used was a little dirty but was new. The customer said at the time it was no problem and she would paint it. The putty around the kitchen sink sprayer was a temporary repair until she could order the replacement part. She insisted on the putty. I suggested adhesive. When I had finished with the repairs requested, she started adding more which is when I told her I would have to schedule another day. She did decide on another appointment the following week but called the next day to cancel. The last four sentences of their remarks is just not true!"
I contacted Tim via email, explained what I needed done, and we agreed on a date for the work to begin. Tim showed up promptly, had the right tools, and got to work. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Once one job was finished, he immediately started on the next. It was my job to prioritize the jobs, and I had my list ready!
Tim will be my go to for my "honey do" jobs. He is especially good at electrical.
