They came out as scheduled and did a thorough inspection. The inspector was pleasant and explained everything. I received the estimate and was ready to hire but had a few questions that I sent them via e-mail. While there was no follow-up, the company did take responsibility for not getting back to me and i appreciate that. I think they care about customer service and this was simply an administrate error.

I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. They were very responsive to all my questions and even scheduled an extra service call at my request prior to the fumigation to address some particular issues.

I contacted the company after hours, around 6pm, in desperation from bug bites received outdoors due to the high temperatures this summer. I received a call back that night, spoke with a very nice man who answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment for my home within 24 hours. Mark Vollenweider arrived, inspected the property, asked questions and quickly narrowed down the problem. Mark sprayed the exterior and applied ant bait inside one Indoor electrical outlet. The spray was a fine mist that dried within 10-15 minutes, does not leave an odor, and it not harmful to pets or wildlife. I was very impressed with the service and have signed up for regular service every other month.

Mark was able to adjust his schedule to come out in the morning when we originally set up an afternoon visit. He met me early, investigated the issues thoroughly, and came up with a plan to solve all of the issues. Not only is he thorough and professional, but he is a cool guy to talk to also! He will be the first call I make for any problem that comes up from now on. Thanks for the good work!

Whenever we have a problem (ants, termites etc.) we call and request mark V. to come by. He's friendly, professional, and fast. I called on Wednesday afternoon and already had an appointment for the next day.

Mark is the best. He comes regularly and as needed, professional, smart, helpful, approachable. He does his work without interfering in daily life but also is ready to point out things that are problematic and provide both advice and very hands on assistance in addressing issues. He is not afraid to do the hard work. I can't recommend Mark and Thrasher highly enough!

Mark was incredibly professional and informative during the whole process. He arrived on time and even provided a phone call 10 minutes in advance. Mark and his team are awesome!! I thought we had a family of something in our attic! I called at 8:00PM at night and told them Mark always takes care of us. Mark from Thrasher has been servicing this property for over a year and is always friendly and efficient. Last year i had an ant problem that required him to come out an few extra times (at no additional cost) and he kept at it until they were gone. ?

Awesome. I've been using Mark V for a couple years and he is a true professional. He is very personable and takes care of your yard and home like it's his own. If fact he took my trashcan back to the yard for me - who takes the time to do that??? I've tried other services in the past and felt locked into a minimal service. Thrasher has NO contract and was MUCH better priced than other. You can use them and stop at any time - gave me comfort in switching.

The pest control guy, Mark, that comes regularly is amazing and listens to all my concerns of areas and the pests that I have seen. I have been a customer of Thrasher for over two years now due an ant invasion and Mark has been our guy for about the last year. Thrasher and Mark have been great. Mark is very professional and also is concerned about my dog so he is sure to let me know when he is coming and also to let me know where he has sprayed so I am aware since my dog is blind and wonders around the yard. Thrasher was great for our tenting and was priced very well for the service. They made the process as quick as possible and easy. Mark has also provided when he has come across areas of concern, which is how we found out about the termites that were in the outside water heater shed that is connected to our house. With his knowledge of what to look for it saved us from a more costly infestation. I would definitely recommend Thrasher and especially Mark for all your termite and pest control needs.

superb. These guys were top notch, responsive, provided all the necessary paperwork, spent a lot of time answering numerous questions we had since we weren't leaving the house empty. Customer service from folks calling on your to their office staff was phenomenal. THey were recommended by a great termite pest control company in the Coachella Valley.
