The process started out in a good fashion, but went down hill when I tried to get Derrick Thomas, VP/PM Thomas Construction, address some quality control issues.  In stead of being respondent to my request he started to jack up the prices to correct his subcontractors errors.
Even though this is what he put in an email to me  It has been countered by two years of continued electrical problems and several hundred dollars still to be spent to fix these erroneous statements.
He replaced wiring in a daisy chain fashion and did not install dedicated circuits.
Showers and Baths had to be removed and re-installed so the water could drain properly and was the correct design.

Example 1:
Electrical: All work completed in compliance with 2011 California State Contractors Code
Rogers office: Contracted to Vallejo Electric, Thomas Construction not used work completed unknown.
Master Bath: Thomas Construction hired sub contractor Vallejo Electric to complete the following
New GFI Installed with dedicated circuit
New shower recessed light installed with proper shower trim installed to prevent corrosion
New light fixture installed at vanity
New double toggle switch installed with trim
New 14-3 wire ran throughout
Hall Bath: Thomas Construction hired sub contractor Vallejo Electric to complete the following
New GFI Installed with dedicated circuit
New shower recessed light installed with proper shower trim installed to prevent corrosion
New light fixture installed at vanity
New double toggle switch installed with trim
New 14-3 wire ran throughout
This is but one example of seven months of h***.
This company is in for the flip and not for the consumer.  Buyer's remorse is alive and well here.
More examples and email corroboration is available upon request.
