The appraiser (Tim) was prompt, professional and very nice. The appraisal was for my mother's house, which is in a significant state of disrepair. My mother was somewhat embarrassed to have a stranger see the condition of her home, but Tim was friendly and polite and handled the task in a manner that put my mother at ease. It was a very positive interaction in the midst of a difficult situation for my mother, and  we are both very appreciative.
