"Hello, You seemed upset at hello. Your estimator was asking you a question and you decided to completely ignore her. In a grouchy manner you almost demanded she confirm that yes, Donna was your estimator. It seemed odd that you were upset from hello. Perhaps it was because she was female and you wanted a male. We really don't know, but she informed you that she no longer felt comfortable in your house after your dog growled at her and you came back into the room even more upset. We truly hope you are having a better day."
"Goodness [Member Name Removed] this is not at all what happened with your husband and I . I simply said we cannot cut your tile in place up against the wall. He was very offended when I explained that this simply cannot be done. I never yelled, lol sorry to be blunt here, but oh my goodness folks. He seemed sensitive to the fact, I am a female and he is a male and he did not know this about repairing tile. Sorry, but you were not there. In a normal tone, I asked what was wrong. In fact, his answer was at this [Member Information Removed] very rude. He in a hurt and offended way said, that he was only asking what you told him to ask. I smiled and said no problem. I smiled and said, thank you and left. If you had an issue with his and my conversation you could have called. However folks seem to think posting this way makes them feel better. We are sorry that his experience could not have been better."

Donna was on time for the initial visit and after reviewing the job said it was a little small for her company, but she'd find a way to fit me into her other commitments.
Her employee Mike arrived on time and was very nice and professional. The job was done quickly and the area was left cleaner than he'd found it. He was also very careful of the newly refinished hard wood floors, and walked on paper towels so he wouldn't scuff the floors.
I will hire them again in the future when I need grout or tile work done.
