The Cleaning Specialists

Francisco came to my condo and gave me an estimate on a full-home cleaning prior to move-in. We agreed on a date a few days later and his workers came to my home, on time, and ready to go. They did a great job. 
Francisco is to be complimented for hiring his workers full-time, not on a per-job basis. His people seem happy working for the company and perhaps put in extra effort to please the customer. All in all, a win-win proposition.

The Cleaning Specialists did a fantastic job on my project. Francisco, did the inspection, gave me a quote that was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. On the project start he brought in a crew (8) of polite and professional people, who did an outstanding job cleaning the house. The project involved cleaning a fairly big house where most of the floors were removed (wooden glued floors removed with jackhammers) and replaced and the house had a thick layer of dust on every imaginable surface (including fireplaces, fans, 2 story high chandeliers etc) in addition to the regular construction dirt. Not an easy project by any means. The project took 2 days to complete. When my wife, who is a very tough inspector, checked the work she only had a list of about 3 items that needed more attention. Francisco and his helper, came in 2 days later and finished the project to 100% perfection. I especially liked the fact that they use 'green' cleaners and show them to you, if you want, beforehand for 'approval', they bring in a huge HEPA air cleaning machine that catches all dust and other things floating in the air among other things.
I am very happy with the result and recommend Francisco and his company for anyone who needs a major house cleaning.
P.S. My wife was so impressed at the end that she wanted to have The Cleaning Specialists do a recurring 'Maid' type cleaning, but unfortunately they don't do this type of projects at this time...

Excellent!  Cleaned everything to a polish (bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, oven).  Can't believe how much newer everything looked.

The experience and expense were well worth it!  My floors look brand new.  Francisco and his crew moved the furniture so they could clean the entire floor.  They didn't skimp on supplies or rush the job.  However, if you have heavy items such as china cabinets, I recommend you pack the contents up prior, so that they can more easily move your furniture.   They stripped off the old sealer, neutralized the stripper, cleaned the tile, dried them, then re-sealed the grout.
