This was one of several jobs Tom has done for me here and at a PB rental property we have. Honest and punctual, you can't ask for to much more. Well except for free maybe...

.I have used Tom Cramer-TC Environmental Service for many years.  His is always on time and very professional.  His price is always fair and complete.  This job took 3 days;  they hauled away all debris and did a complete cleanup every day their were on the job.  Tom personally went to the wholesale nursery to pick-up (3) bamboo plants and planted them for us.  Tom made an appointment with the fire marshall for clearance and met her at the property . . .  she was impressed with the work he had done on the propertyand immediately gave us a clearance.
He also offers a micro injection service to protect trees from infections.  We had him do the large pine tree so that it would not get hit by the tree beetle like the other pines.
We would defiinitely used him again in the future.

Excellent job overall.

It took a little while to get the job done. He's the kind of contractor that likes to stand around his workers with a cup of coffee and then leaves. It was kind of odd. He was not consistant in communication (as far as parts and when the job would be completed). It was the middle bid I'd gotten, and I chose him because he's an arborist. But he did not know how to operate the sprinkler system.

David, that did the work, was really a good worker and a good communicator. He was good about explaining how to care for my new plants, too.

Our general contractor hired Tom to remove a tree stump in preparation for placement of a new concrete front yard patio.  Tom responded quickly (next day) and came with the right equipment to do the job.  Tom removed the stump quickly and carefully.  He was personable and easy to work with.  The charge was fair and reasonable.

Tom Cramer came to examine a snail vine which covered 50 feet of fence. This vine appeared unhealthy. Tom said that it was not salvageable. This advice was free. He was an extremely knowledgeable arborist & I was able to move on, remove the vine, and put in a fence. When I have tree & plant problems in the future. I will return to TC Environmental Services.

I thought their prices were a little high. He just knows trees. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and on time. He does excellent work.

The job was done on time and extremely well. Tom, the owner, and his crew were very professional. The working area for one of the stumps was very limited, yet the result was still very impressive. Tom was flexible by accepting an additional stump removal (that was not included in the initial quote) with a reasonable price at the last minute. The total price was very reasonable for the amount of work done and the professional result.

They arrived on time and they did everything I asked them to. They did a good job. I would use them again.

Provided a clear, professional cost estimate. Price was lower than estimates from other companies. Arrived exactly at the date and time arranged. Worked continuously to finish the job. When their stump grinder broke, they quickly ordered parts and finished the job two days later. Asked us to confirm everything was OK and very responsive. Note: before using them I confirmed that they had a bond and workers insurance at the state web site. Was surprised to see that some other vendors did not have such protection

THE STUMP WORK WAS SATISFACTORY THE ESTIMATING WAS HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY. THE BID WAS FOR $1,950.00, BASED ON 2 DAYS OF WORK FOR 12 STUMPS. THE WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN LESS THAN 6 HOURS. THIS MEANS THE ESTIMATE WAS GREATLY IN ERROR. THE OWNER WAS NOT WILLING TO REDUCE HIS PRICE UNTIL I BROWBEAT HIM. WE FINALLY SETTLED ON $1,000.

I WAS VERY GRATEFUL FOR THIS COMPANY HELPING ME OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY CAME OUT AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IN TRIMMING MY TREES. IT WAS A BIG JOB FOR A SMALL PRICE.
