I began my relationship with Sunset Property Management when I was in the middle of a divorce and looking for an apartment in August 2011. I found a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in University Heights for a great price. I did not have the best credit due to the divorce, but I did have perfect rental credit and was in the process of rebuilding my credit. Andrew, the owner of Sunset Property Management, took a chance with me. He reviewed my application, gave me an answer within a few hours and even took the time to meet me in the morning of my move in, with the keys at the property, making the transition easier during such a hard time. They (Nathan and Andrew) performed semi - annual inspections to make sure that everything was working properly and was able to be maintained and or repaired. They were always in communication with me with anything related to my apartment. They are honest, clear and direct communicators and if I found myself in a position to have to rent again, I would definitely try to rent with Sunset again. I lived in that apartment until I bought my new home 2 and 1/2 years later.
