Steve is very professional and has a lot of experience in real estate management. He was very responsive, timely, and proactive. When our tenant told us they would move out, Steve quickly advertised our house on multiple websites. He had a few showings in consecutive weeks and quickly found a very good tenant. I will recommend her to anybody who want to rent their house out.

We were nervous at first because we had been trying to manage the condo on our own for a few years. We were so thankful that we found Steve. He helped organize and oversee the remodeling our the kitchen and flooring at the condo, helped us finding an excellent tenant and has been very responsive with any issues that have come up. We would recommend him without reservation.

Steve is great at what he does. He knows the business inside and out. For example, I bought a second unit several years ago. The unit needed updating, I called Steve in for advice on the needed reno and what the best finishes would be for a fast turnaround. I followed his advice and the unit was rented before we were done with the renovations. NO TIME OR MONEY LOST! Given the great job he did on this one, when my other rental's lease ended I brought him on to that property as well. I have, and will continue to recommend him to my family and friends. Plus he is a great guy!
