Steve'S Hardwood Flooring

On the first floor, we had Steve sand and refinish the living room, dining room, a central hall, a staircase and a downstairs bedroom & closet. The shiny, 1920s dark floors wwer replaced with a natural, flat finish. The floors look stunning: new and gorgeous. The rooms are now much lighter and look larger. Steve removed, then replaced all the furniture. 
Upstairs we  restored and recoated in two halls and two bedrooms; we kept the darker color.
Steve is a great professional. He did everything he said he would; the work was timely done; and cleanly done. He recommended I purchase a floor care product & showed me how to use it (it's easy & its $65 cost is included in the amount we listed above). When we walked into the newly refinished living room and saw it for the first time, we felt as jazzed as kids on Christmas morning, surprised by how cool it all looked.
