They did a good job. They are not he cheapest but their reputation is they are going to do a good job. If you get good work you are going to pay for it. I could probably get it done for about half of that by some of the more competitive cleaners. But there are so many systems to use on carpet cleaning. You just kind of pay you money and take you choose on which one is going to work the best for the situation. It's kind of like apples and oranges when you come to cleaning your carpets. They were on time and did a good job. They did it quickly. Their expenses were in the middle of the range. Price is kind of like the mattress companies, everyone is give a big discount so their prices are phony. They are in the yellow pages. They are all over.

I used Stanley Steemer for cleaning floors. They were here about three years ago in March of 2014. They're very professional. They have crews that come, a lot of times you can ask for the same people if they're still working there. They do a really good job. They do my carpets and various things. I feel safe with them in the house. Everything you have to ask I feel good about it. My neighbor and I use them a lot. I have not had a bad experience with them. Here in this area they do an excellent job for us. They have quality people. They're quick to respond if they're going to be late. They will let you know and keep you advised so you know. We just really felt good about it and stuck with them.

We use them probably once a year, every year, just before Thanksgiving, to clean the carpeting and stuff. They just do different rooms. They usually run specials and that's when we take advantage of them. They always respond in a reasonable time frame without waiting a long time. They're very punctual. They do a decent job and they always clean up everything. They're always concerned that we're satisfied with the work they've done before they leave.

I would use their service again. I've been using Stanley Steemer for years.

It was good. We'd use them again. We had upstairs, downstairs and we had some areas that needed some attention. They did quality work. Also, we had a coupon and that was great. It was a good price for what they did.

I've never had hard surface floors cleaned before and they did an incredible job. My kitchen floor has never looked so good. They did their usual good job on the carpet and upholstery. Very nice job which they always do. My kitchen floor is old and I work hard to make it shine and I could only get a moderate shine. Whatever they did made it look fabulous and it stayed that way, wash after wash. I was very, very happy.

Actually we did not have a good experience with Stanley Steemer. The spots came back and they said that they must be leaching up from the pads and that we need to take the pad up and so forth and I didn't think that was true. We had just a neighbor go down with his cleaner and he was able to get it cleaned. They came when they said they were going to come. They were there on time. They could have not assumed that it was coming from the pad and worked on the spots. I felt like they were making an excuse for not doing a good job. The carpet that they were cleaning was completely bound around, it was not attached to a strip, like a nail strip on the wall. You could pull the whole thing up. So they could have pulled it up and put something between the pad and the carpet to see if that would happen again. They were pretty reasonable on the pricing.

Everything went extremely well. They were fast, prompt, clean, professional, and the price was very fair.

They were out to my 3rd story condo about a month ago. They stated 2 rooms for $98. I only had one room available at the time. I recently call them to do the 2nd room, and they indicated they would honor the $98 rate for two rooms. After arriving 3 hours late, they informed me they needed yo charge an additional $100. Actually they charged $199. As I am trying to move this rental, I went ahead with the work, however I will think twice next time. Not recommended. I gave a "C" as the finished job was ok

They did an outstanding job in removing the stains and the pet small from our carpet.

I love Stanley Steemer. They make my carpet look like it’s new when it's 12 years old. I love that I’m able to schedule my appointments online. There always on time and they always do a great job.

They clean the whole stairway which is kind of a job, they did about five areas plus two hallways plus the sofa and loveseat. So I though the 300$ was reasonable for that and the loveseat are kind of hard to clean because they're pretty much white with a bit of pattern in it. They're really careful about the furniture and when do it, they put little plastic things under the all seats of the furniture so that the water wouldn't hurt the wood. And this time they got the carpet pretty dry too and I didn't complain because the time before which is probably six to eight months before they left the carpet a little bit wet but this time they took extra time to get the carpet drier. They did a really good job, they always do a good job.

When they did it, they left the carpet so wet that when it dried a used a whole role of paper towels trying to sock up the areas that were very very wet and the water that was socked up was dirty water so they hadn't gone over it enough. But I did call them and the customer service people were very nice about and they were gonna send somebody to do it all over again but it so happened that a couple of days later I had a bad fall outside and I couldn't have anybody . They were nice about it I will just go ahead and give them one more chance and next time when I called them, I told them that I did not want that same person back in here again. Their customer service is very responsive, if you got a complain, they're willing to come back out and redo the whole thing.

It went great. I was happy with all of their services.

The re-staining came back a couple of weeks later. I don't think it can come out just from the dust; we need to refurbish it because it has been a long time. It was good.

Very well. The men worked very h****** the two rugs . I had them cleaned by another company and they did a very bad job one month before I called Stanley steemer,

I’ve been using them for years. They are punctual and efficient. They cleaned everything up and they don’t leave tape around the floor or something like that. After the carpet dried, there were some little blotchy spots and they’re going to come fix it.

They sent 2 techs and did a great job. It didn't take long for them to do the job. I had used them in the past.

We really will use them again. They did a great job, they covered up their own feet, they didn't track anything or mess anything up in the house. We have hardwood floors and they were real careful with them and I appreciated that.

I was satisfied with their service.
