ONCE THEY WERE IN THE ATTIC AND ADDED EQUIPMENT THEY RAN INTO SOME PROBLEMS, BUT THEY MOVED EQUIPMENT AROUND TO MAKE THINGS WORK. THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN SHORT CUTS TO BE DONE, BUT I FEEL THEY WORKED ON IT UNTIL THEY FELT THEY WERE SATISFIED THEY HAD DONE A GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN SHORTCUTS OR INCREASED THERE PRICE BECAUSE, ONCE THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED IN THE ATTIC, THEY FOUND THEY NEEDED TO EXTEND THE INSULATION, BUT THEY DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. NOW WE HAVE A COOL HOUSE!
