Had to get Cox Cable out and at first they said it looked ok to them. After I told them the ways Hari had tested the equipment they tried again and had someone bring out an isolater for the cable box and that solved the problem.

They did the job quickly. They got back to me right away. He didn't explain anything to me. He was very courteous. He was in and out and didn't have time to answer any questions.

Hari was right on time, listened to what we needed him to do, and went right to work. He was patient in sorting out old wiring and gaming equipment to get down to understanding what equipment we used in our entertainment center, and how we wanted it arranged. Our entertainment center shares a back end with our pantry, and our second goal was to clean up the wiring, so that the pantry could take on its own space. Hari did everything we asked him to do, and cleaned up our entertainment center perfectly. It took an hour longer than he expected, but he made sure the job was done to our satisfaction, and charged us the original quote for the work. We are very satisfied with what Hari did and would hire him again if/when he need stereo or home theater system assistance.

The store was called for an appointment and they were very courteous. Mr. Leavell appeared at the set appointment time to give an estimate, which took 15 minutes. He returned on an appointed day to set up the TV; and it took approximately one hour. He was very professional, courteous and completed the task efficiently. He explained how to operate the remote and said if there were any problems to not hesitate to contact him. All in all, he was excellent and we would definitely use him again.

What a great experience, Hari called to say he would be in the area a little earlier than our scheduled time and that worked great for me, he definitely knew what he was doing. Was here about an hour, very nice and pleasant to work with, I wish I had done this months ago.

Excellent. Brad and Hari are both experts when it comes to all things electronic. Not only are they very intelligent, but also they are both thorough and personable.

Hari and his partner, Brad, were our "AV saviors". We hired another company, which we got from a web search, to do extensive work in our home. They did a terrible job and caused damage to our house. After repeated incompetence, etc., we fired them. Hari and Brad took over a difficult situation, and finished it in an effective and efficient way. They are both very friendly, and take their work extremely seriously. I feel they went an "extra mile" to get this work done properly. At one point, we had a cable guy on the phone with Hari. His comment after hanging up was, "This guy really knows his stuff."

I contacted them by e-mail and phone. They called me the next day and we set up an appointment a day or two later for an estimate. The second day after they did a walk through at my house I had the estimate via an e-mail attachment. They were the third estimate I had received. The other two company's (including the one that did the pre-wire for my homebuilder) were much higher because they were pushing the high end stuff which I had said I didn't want from the beginning. I called Hari and asked him when he could start. He said 9:00 AM the following Thursday. He and Brad were here right on time, had a few unexpected problems, did the install, cleaned up and were done by late afternoon.

Hari and Doug exceeded expectations in all areas. They listened to what I wanted accomplish, did an excellent job of explaining the work process before they began and then went to work to accomplish the goal. In installing the many speakers, they encountered an number of structural obstacles. They approached them with tremendous tenacity and just never quit until the work was done. They are an excellent example of "consummate professionals".

They hid all wiring and put speakers up. They defiantly do their work a little pricey but very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Two friendly, nice, guys that really know their stuff. They came back to rehook everything up due to being moved and unplugged from other work being done and they charged $140.

They were prompt and pleasant to work with. They worked through a problem with the cable company and got the job done. Job took longer than they thought because of this, but they stayed until it was finished.

Hari and Brad are the owners and personally took care of us. They came out to the house at no charge to see what our needs were and made recommendations. Their proposal was very comprehensive and we could see what we were paying for, unlike another quote we got from a big electronic store that was hard to understand. They did not try and sell us anything we didn't need. They came back for the install the following week and did a professional job. Everything looks and works great. We like it so much, we purchased a high-tech all-in-one remote they recommended that makes watching satellite TV more enjoyable. Hari programmed all of our favorite channels so finding the shows we like has never been easier. They went above and beyond and cleaned up everything. They even took care of some things that weren't in their proposal with another TV we had. They were not high-pressure and explained things so I could understand and didn't make me feel like I was electronically challenged!

They very prompt on the estimate and the day of the installation, though did not respond to my email after having sent the proposal (also via email). I had to follow up by phone to set up the installation date. The installation of the in-wall speakers was perfect (including volume control). The outside speakers wires are visible (thought they could have done a better job hiding these) and the cleanup was incomplete (some plastic wrap, dust and debris not vacuumed). Additionally, they did not inspect my attic for the initial proposal, resulting in them declaring they could not do part of the work because of inaccessibility. They refunded a token amount for not doing this work. Their labor charges were very good, but they padded the pricing of the equipment (most items more than MSRP) and substituted a different four zone speaker control box than the one listed in the proposal (Rusound for Monster). They did not accept my credit card for payment because of a problem with their processor.

Second time I've used these guys and they were great. Again they were less expensive than my other bids and were very professional, including NO PRESSURE SALES. The other bids tried to do a hard sell for expensive system parts I didn't really need. They will come by and get an idea from you what your needs are and come up with alternatives w/ options and prices. Very friendly process, especially since I'm not a technofile. They were in & out in a day and did a great job with managing all the cables as well as cleaning up afterward. They also have a very small mark-up on their system parts such as speakers, as I compared their prices to Amazon & Ebay and they were many times cheaper. Truly a good deal.

Very good experience. Prompt and reliable for timing (one postponement, but they called well in advance.) Got the plasma screen through them for less than I could find it anywhere, including on-line. Also bought my new receiver through them. Nice thing was they didn't try to upsell to anything else once I gave them my criteria. Installation went smoothly and on time. They adjusted the receiver, speakers and TV and programmed the remote, in about half a day.

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable about our old stuff as well as all the new electronics on the market today. Even though they spent an hour or so diagnosing the problems, and then all day the next getting the new stuff matched up and working with our old system, their labor charge was only $200. I'd use them again anytime.

Hari, the consultant/installer was on time, pleasant and made the repairs in a timely manner.
