Jamie promptly returned my call and scheduled a measure appt. She was extremely professional, and definitely knew the business. She asked a lot of questions about what we wanted, and then provided suggestions on what she felt we needed. She was right on the mark. The delivery was on time, the price quoted was the price paid, and the installation was perfect!

We've haven't had any of the window treatments installed yet, but a percentage of the order has been charged to our credit card. We've been told by people at the company that they are having "financial difficulties". We have been told that if we cancel the order we will be out $1200. It was supposed to be 6 weeks from the order date of 5/10/07, but to the best of our knowledge, they have not even started on our order yet!

"We apologize for your dissatisfaction with our company's services. We do always charge a portion of the amount as a deposit before the shutters are ever installed and it can take 7-9 weeks for wood shutters and 5-7 weeks for the vinyl or poly-clad. If there is anything that we can do to rectify the situation, please let us know. Thank you for being a valued Shuttermart customer!"

Good treatment by everyone. Prompt on the estimate and on installation. Bit of a lead time for delivery, as they advise you. Had one minor glitch with the install, which was fixed promptly.

IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET THE PRODUCT, BUT IT'S THE SAME WITH ANY COMPANY. ONCE THEY WERE READY, THEY CALLED TO SET UP AN INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT. THEY INSTALLED MOST OF THEM ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT BUT HAD TO COME BACK TO FINISH ONE.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PRICE WAS ALSO GOOD FOR ALL THE WORK I HAD DONE. THE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY POLITE.

THE ORDER PROCESS WAS EASY AND FRIENDLY. INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY TOOK CARD OF OUR CARPET AND WALLS. PRODUCT WAS INSTALLED WELL, AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS!

THIS IS AN AWESOME COMPANY WITH VERY PROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND INSTALLERS. EVERY FACET OF THIS COMPANY WAS PERFECT FROM MEASURING TO THE FINAL INSTALLATION. THEY HAVE A LONG BUILD SCHEDULE, (8-10 WEEKS) BUT THEY LET YOU KNOW THAT WHEN YOU PREPARE THE ORDER. GREAT COMPANY, TOP OF THE LINE WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE AND NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME ON THIS ONE.
