Rick Turek was a pleasure to work with! Professional, very knowledgable and accessible. He worked with city of Carlsbad for permits, up to and including final inspection and approval. He easily corrected some architectural drawing issues we had. Very good relationships with mostly high quality sub-contractors. When we had an issue with the stucco contractor, Rick handled it very quickly. Very customer focused and attentive to our needs. We would definitely use Rick again for a home construction project!

The project went well. The project was completed in budget. This was our first time with a project of this size and Rick worked well with us to give us good value and keep in our budget. We Rick worked well with our architect to turn ideas into reality.

Jan-Feb was demolition where it was discovered that architect had not uncovered structural engineering effort required. Rick was able to design and deliver changes without major cost impact. Rick's the smartest home contractor I've ever met and that is what you need in renovating an old home. Easy to work with and blunt about change impact made him a perfect partner.
