Staff was unorganized, kept me waiting outside the building for 15 minutes when I arrived 5 minutes early, and then told me the nurse was ready when she was not for another 10+ minutes. Time is important for everyone and lies are too. Hopefully this shows and the 4.1 rating goes down.

Providers see you on a timely basis and always explain everything. Always take the time I need. Never feel like I am being rushed. I feel like they see me as an individual

The overall service is very good. The doctors are all very good.

I have been going to her for about 2 years. She is extremely thorough. Scheduling an appointment is very good and I have no problems.

He is terrific I saw him 2 days ago. The experience with the staff has also been great, they are really efficient. Dr. Julius has excellent bed side manner and I would use him again in the future.

They are incredibly responsive, almost always available, and just really helpful.

She is great. She talks to the kids in their language. She is kind, considerate and patient.

I continue to use Dr. Spees because he is close by. I find him to be a very sharp and intelligent physician. He is always friendly, helpful and very accomodating. My only complaint is that the office forces me to come in and pay for a visit anytime I need anything, regardless of whether or not I actually need to be there for the request.

It is close by and accessible for me. The wait tends to be average, but the staff is very good. I will only continue to see them for my primary care.

This facility is an urgent care center, but they also have individual doctors practicing there. I will continue to use this group in the future.

The front desk was friendly, I did not wait long at all and was escorted to the room where I had the test, Nurse was very nice and friendly. Dr came in, very nice friendly and explained the test. When finished went over results very clearly and slowly and made sure I understood everything. All in all very professional. I have had nothing but great experiences at all Sharp facilities.

It was a very long waiting list to see the speech therapist (over 6 months), but we are very happy with the progress our son is making on a weekly basis.

Once my wife is past sixty five years, she is no longer eligible for it unless it is for specialized surgery. She has got excellent service from them, and I was really surprised. I was really worried when we got out of the navy system and were going into the civilian system for healthcare. She has been into ophthalmology, and she has had to go through radiology and some other tests that they like to do on her. We can always get in there a lot quicker than we can at the government health center, and we have never had to wait there. The billing goes through Medicare and Tricare, so we haven't had to deal with the bills. We found Dr. Lin that speaks Taiwanese for a language, and it has been super. He is a great guy who provides great service. It is a shame that he doesn't accept any patients because he is so popular and so good. He is packed, and he has a full day. I asked him about that, and I told him I am going to be eligible in a few years for becoming a patient, and he told me he may have some room in a few years. He said he is probably going to have a lot of room if the current administration is able to pass the universal care thing than for people getting on Medicare and kill doctors. He has to decide whether he is going to stay in service or can keep his practice or not, but he loves doing what he is doing. I can tell that with just the way he operates, the way he talks and the way he treats my wife. He is an exceptional man who cares about us and listens to us. He knows what we are saying, and he is a really great choice. My wife found him, and I concurred one hundred percent after I met him.

Dr. Wright is very professional and really seems to know her stuff.  She has helped me to better manage my psoriatic arthritis and it was pretty much out of control when I went to see her.  She even called a pharmacy herself to see if she could get the methotrexate I was having a hard time finding at any pharmacy in Escondido.  Not many doctors would do that.  Dr. Wright wants to make sure I'm as physically comfortable as possible with this painful disease and I'm very grateful for that.
The wait time at her office can sometimes be long and it can be hard to get an appointment with her because her schedule is so busy.  But she has great office staff who will help you.  I like the fact that she has a special nurse who specifically works with those of us taking biologics.  That nurse is great, very much available, and has access to Dr. Wright if needed.  I will definitely continue working with Dr. Wright.

Dr. Dozzi performed a thorough examination and provided a various options for treatment.  She also made sure to inquire about any other medical issues/concerns I was having.  She listened very attentively and was very caring.Her nurse has an exceptional bedside manner.  She offered me something to drink while I was waiting in the exam room, and she was very kind and considerate.

She is very thorough and responsive.

It can be difficult to get an appointment. That is the only negative thing about her. I give her an A overall.

Spees is an excellent primary care physician. I've been with him for years now and wouldn't want anyone else. He's got a great attitude. He genuinely cares about my best interests -- and he's candid and doesn't beat around the bush. He seems very competant.

She is professional and allows me time to ask all my questions, she also is very good at answering all my questions, and she is appropriate at taking interests in my personal life.

I did not have an appointment when I went there. I just needed to see a doctor and I went there. They are just outstanding and provide excellent customer service. The lobby is clean and orderly. The front receptionists are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The entire staff there till the doctors are a professional, personable, and make you feel like they care.

He is excellent! He knows what he is talking about. He is very meticulous and efficient.
