Serengeti Company Inc

This ring had incurred damage during a recent move, and since it was insured, I had contacted my insurance company to file a claim.  They allowed me to pick a jeweler of my choice, and my only choice was Serengeti.  They wisely advised me not to file an insurance claim; not only did the repair and replacement get done quickly, I had no idea how inexpensive it would be!  
An additional note:  they are primarily an Estate Buying Service, but my husband and I had had them design and make new wedding bands for us several years ago when we were "going bigger" for our 25th anniversary. (This was before we were AngiesList members.)   We had done our homework and shopped several other jewelers, and found Serengeti to be extremely professional and honest in their diamond procurement.  They also had the ability to melt down our original wedding sets and re-use the gold in making our new rings, which was very important to us due to the sentimental value of our first set; other jewelers had declined to do this.  We are still very happy with their work and our value!
