He was always prompt, courteous and professional and kept pool looking good.

Sadly this is the only negative story I've had to report. Steve came over and gave us an estimate which seemed like a reasonable price. We contacted him and asked if he could start the following week. He told us what day he was in our area which was OK with us. He said he would be there at 10:30 am and would call if he couldn't make that time. We finally called him around 2 or 3 pm and he said he had had to take his daughter to the hospital or something like that. Things like that happen and can't be helped, not a problem, and he did come by later that afternoon. The following week he didn't show up at all. Because we have alley access to the pool, we have to keep the gate locked except on pool day. We stressed several times that we didn't care when he came, but if there were any schedule changes we had to know so that we could make sure the gate was unlocked. When we contacted him he said he was sorry and that he had "really dropped the ball." He called later to discuss giving him another try, but we were going out of town and would have had no way to know if he showed up or not, and if anything went wrong, we would have to call our neighbor and see if he could unlock the gate. So we went back to cleaning the pool ourselves.

He is prompt and always calls to let you know if he will be late. The price is based on a monthly fee.

Steve is experienced and very friendly. We have a 18x40 ft. salt water pool with solar.
