Louis inspected the inter workings of the dishwasher, cleaned out a small piece of plastic and put everything back together. My noisy dishwasher now works just fine. Other than the rather the rather pricey cost, everything went well.

They answered my questions and they did a good job. They were the most responsive among the four companies that I contacted. They came out the next day after I made the call. I haven't had any problems with the furnace since. The service call was $70 and the cost I had to pay was way more than what I anticipated. I think they should have been more upfront with their pricing.

I had no problems with that. It took them at least four months to get me my refrigerator which I thought ridiculous. But when they installed it, it was good. The only problem was, it took them so long to get my refrigerator.

.I have noting but horrible experience with Sears. They are overpriced. Their only goal is to charge multiple service calls. It is awful at this point. I have three small problems in my kitchen appliances. I called and they sent three separate repair men who all wanted to go for a service call. I have never used them since that occasion.
