As another reviewer said, and quot;Aand quot; does not come close to rating the quality of Mr. Mullins' work. For example, rather than just giving a window for his arrival, Seamus showed up exactly on time the day of his inspection and both days he was performing the work. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and his and quot;can doand quot; attitude. He brings years of experience to the job as evidenced in the skill with which he performs the job. The work areas were carefully masked and always kept tidy. The transformation of an ugly red brick chimney and fireplace to a much more integrated look is truly phenomenal. The workmanship is flawless. It opens up the living room and makes the fireplace a feature rather than an oppressive presence.. I am delighted to have found this craftsman and look forward to many more projects.

He does excellent work . He was very clear as to when he would be available. There was someone living in the house while the plastering was being done to the exterior. He was always very polite and understanding with the person who was living in the house.
Be advised that he doesn't like to deal with City Inspectors. You may be required to call them and schedule inspections. I was unfamiliar with the process so I had a learning curve there . So if you don't mind handling that chore (which is not difficult once you know the drill), you should be very happy with his work.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. and quot;Aand quot; doesn't begin to express how pleased we are with the results. Seamus did everything and more - the area was cleaned up each day, the individuals were pleasant, more than competent, provided clear estimates - very profressional. We discovered a potential disaster in the middle of what originally was to be a simple repair, patch, update, plaster, texture job. A prior owner had cut completely through the header of the main supporting wall in the house - creating a potentially dangerous situation. Seamus was able to recommend an excellent framing team and then proceeded to not only complete the original work, but get the problem solved. Our house is BEAUTIFUL and we could not have imagined the total transformation that has happened over the last few days.

The project was a huge success! Although it took a bit longer than originally anticipated, the stucco work came out beautifully. Seamus, who was personally involved in the entire project, was wonderful to work with, consulting me on various aspects of the job as the project progressed and adjusting the project (without upwardly adjusting the price) in response to my requests.

Seamus came over to provide us with a reasonable quote and was able to start work the next day. He finished up all of the work in two days and kept the work area nice and tidy. While not a perfect match to the existing plaster, it is by far better than anything we could have done ourselves. I would recommend Seamus to others seeking an interior plasterer.

Great job! Seamus looked for the least expensive way to complete the repairs. In the end, two walls in one room and one in another had to be completely re-plastered; other rooms were successfully patched. Very professional job and you can not tell that there were ever any cracks. He did the job for exactly what he estimated and didn;t quibble when we found additional cracks that need to be repaired that hadn't been part of the original estimate - he just fixed them without additional charge. Arrived on time, protected furniture and other belongings, cleaned up at the end of the day and finished when he said he would. We are very pleased.

Seamus(pronounced "Shay-Muss") came out to examine the window areas that were leaking. His assessment agreed with our window contractor, Coughlin Windows. Seamus conferred with Coughlin and called me the next day. All of our windows at that point had 2 to 6 inch popouts, which were the cause of the leak in the first place. In an effort both to save us money and to save us from possible problems in the future, Seamus recommended removing the popouts and refinishing the back of the house as a flush surface. I agreed after speaking with Gerald of Coughlin Windows, and Seamus gave us the estimate, took a down payment, and had scaffolding and a dumpster delivered and set up the same week. Seamus and his crew had the entire back of our 2 story house and the areas around the side windows torn down, cleaned up and papered within 2 days. He used a good quality paper and made a proper wood placement for our back porch light, where the builders had just sank screws into the stucco. In the removal of the stucco, he had accidentally nicked a vent pipe for the drain with his reciprocating saw. Not only did he point it out to me, he repaired it with no fuss. Once the windows were in place and properly flashed, his crew set all of the wire frame for the stucco and arranged for the cement to be applied. His time estimate for the labor was spot on, and he color matched the house beautifully. All stucco cracks, that is just a fact of life, but I only found 1 small crack by where the porch light is, and it is only a surface crack. I haven't contacted Seamus yet about it, but he assured me that if any cracks come up he will patch them quickly. Seamus took payments during the course of the work, and gave me invoices reflecting payments received and balance due, as well as the work that took place. As an added bonus, he patched around a door that I had replaced on the side of my garage for no extra charge, and he did a beautiful job matching the texture. As with any major repair, I hope that I never have to use a stucco company again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Seamus.

We were very pleased. He and his crew were very courteous. They started on time. They did things promptly while working around the weather. They were neat. They cleaned up after themselves. The job involved blending new stucco with existing stucco, and they did a really great job with that also.

Seamus was completely professional, really knew plastering work, was able to give me an honest bid, and did the work right. He knew exactly what the walls needed. He was prompt, worked just as he said he would and finished when he said he would. He is personable, easy to have around and honest. He said it would take a week, and it did. He even came on a Saturday because he needed to do more extensive repair on a falling wall and he wanted to finish on time.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! He was efficient and did the work as promised. Clean up was great. He was very honest. The prices charged was the price quoted. His work was superb.

Seamus provided a quote and scheduled an appointment on very short notice. Very meticulous about keeping the house and work area clean. The work was very skillfully done, and done in record time. . . .he started in the morning and was out by early afternoon (including prep time to protect the work area). The work was very well done and the walls and ceiling look great. Highly recommended.

Seamus came to the house personally. He walked the property, noting any areas that needed repair/replacement, gave an explanation of what the process would be to fix the cracks in the walls and flaking stucco. The estimate was provided within 24 hours. The work was scheduled to be started and finished within 2 weeks from the date of the quotation. He arrived promptly on the date the work was to be done, and finished within 6 hours from the start. The cracks were cleaned out and new stucco material filled and textured to match the existing structure. Other than the color difference (we did not try to match the color as the house is being painted), it was difficult to see where the repairs had been done. Great Job!
