SCRIPPS-MESA GLASS

Went well. I needed replacement windows following a break in, ASAP. They came out on the same day I called to do sizing/estimate. Days later after getting the new glass ordered and cut to size, they returned to replace the broken glass. Very professional installers who were very polite and cleaned up afterward. Good company who I would gladly do business with again.

I called and set up an appointment; although the workers were late, I received a call informing me that the measurement people were running late and was given a specific time they would arrive. The team arrived at the re-established time.
We agreed on the price, and the glass was ordered.  I received a call that it would take more time than originally estimated. I received another call when the glass arrived, and a date was set for the installation.
 old glass as well as the Installation involved the removal of the install of the new glass. All of the work was done within one day; it did take several hours. The crew cleaned up after the work was complete.  I was also given directions for the care of the new seals and the new glass.
All went smoothly and to my satisfaction.

.John, the owner, provided excellent service in responding swiftly to our request and sending out two very skillful and friendly employees to take care of the job. Which wasn't easy, considering the weight of the doors. The employees were very careful in protecting our wood flooring, cleaning up the tracks and the glass, and in addition adjusting our screen doors. We could not have had more professional care or service than that provided by Scripps Mesa Glass.

We arrived home one evening to find our patio door completely shattered. After checking with several other firms that replace glass of this type I called Scripps-Mesa Screen and Glass. They had previously replaced some tempered glass on a bay window and we were very satisfied with their work. This time they came right over and replace the double-pain stationary patio door glass taking only a half-hour or so. All glass particles were captured and all residue was completely removed. The only evidence of the event was the reasonable amount we paid to the company. Once again we are completely satisfied.

They missed the first appointment to measure. They were on time for the second appointment to measure. On the first appointment to install, they found that measurements were taken wrong. The second appointment to install went well.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMING OUT. THEY WERE COMPETITIVE IN THEIR BID. THEY FINISHED QUICKLY AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
