SCREENMOBILE

We had some problems at first, but we were able to work to a good resolution. I'm happy with the door I have now. I had planned to go with another vendor to rescreen, but for a $30 job they had a minimum $75 charge, so I called around. Sharon at Screenmobile quoted me $105 plus tax over the phone to rescreen my door with a medium-duty screen intended for homes with pets, with a 2 year guaranty. Joe arrived punctually and quoted about $180 for the medium screen. I told him what I was quoted, and he told me "I've got to get her to stop saying that". He noted correctly that the screen door was old and bent, and tried to sell me a $450 replacement slider screen door. I was not happy about the bait-and-switch. Joe then recommended a $69 light-duty rescreen and a $105 "pet guard" attachment, and I agreed. He rescreened the door and ordered the pet guard, saying it would be ready in a week. I paid by check and he did not give me any paperwork. After he left I found the old cut up screen sitting in the middle of my driveway. The next morning we saw the rescreened door was crooked and did not close - it was open about 3 inches at the top. I figured he could fix that when he put on the pet guard. 9 days later I hadn't heard, so I called Sharon. She didn't know if the pet guard was in, but said she would check and call me back. She never called back. A week later I called again, and Joe answered. He scheduled the installation for the following Friday. I told him about the crookedness problem, and he said that was expected, because he fits the screens very tight and the screen was bent. I pointed out it had fit properly before, and he said he wouldn't fix it, but was willing to take a look when he came out. Figuring I would need to pay the other guy the $75 to rescreen it, I decided to buy a new screen for $90 at Lowes. When Joe came out, he was very nice and professional. He installed the pet guard and fixed up my amateur screen installation. He did have some trouble finding the right tools and screws to do the installation, so I gathered they are pretty new. He emailed me the paperwork. Once Screenmobile gets better organized I think they will be fine.

It was a two-day job for 26 screens and it was an older type screens. It was the most expensive screens I could ask from them because I have pets. The job came out better than I could ever have imagined. For the money I spent, it was an excellent deal. This was one of the few companies that would come out and do a project like that. Some companies just couldn't do it for whatever reasons. Their website looks good and the ratings were good. The screens looked untouched and they looked like new. I am thinking of giving them another project.

Wow, these guys are good! I called for an appointment two days out and they gave me the date and time I wanted. As a courtesy, Guy called me to let me know he was a few minutes away. I showed him one screen and a slider that I knew were shot and I asked him to check all screens for me. He suggested that two more screens be replaced because the plastic in the corners were broken (he doesn't use plastic). He showed me a way to rescreen the slider to save some money instead of a more expensive option. He was very efficient and did all the work in his truck outside under an umbrella. It was a very painless process. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

They came out and measured, and gave me some ideas about the products available. They explained the product, and installed it. We have been very pleased with the result. I would use them again.

They came to the worksite and created the product right their in the parking lot.

I PICKED THE MIDDLE ONE, IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ARE DOG NOT TO DESTROY THIS ONE.

THIS DOOR SO EASY TO USE AND LIGHT TO PUSH.

I WOULD GIVE MIKE 5 STARS FOR HIS PROFESSIONALISM, AND HIS KNOWLEGE. AND THE PRLICE WAS RIGHT.

We had to reschedule our first appointment because it was raining fairly hard. We rescheduled for two days later. Kyle showed up right on time and I showed him the screens that I thought were a problem, and asked his opinion on others. Our screens have plastic corners and they tend to break, and then the screens buckle. Also, our window washers are h****** the screens and tend to bend them and drop from the second story (Yes, I know-I need a new window washing company). Kyle and I walked around the house and he pointed out screens that he thought needed rescreening, new frames and screens, and those that were up to me (some had screens that had oxidized and were functional but looked ugly). I appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell me more than I needed. He was worked constantly without a break for several hours. He put in aluminum corners on the new screens. He replaced 7 window frames and screens and rescreened 5 window frames. He had to negotiate our 2 story house and several bushes. He was timely, competent, honest, a hard worker, and did a fabulous job. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Installer was on time, actually early, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly.

Kyle was a little early and did a very good job. A great way to get new window screens.

I scheduled the appointment a week in advance on a Saturday. The technician showed up promptly and did a great job. He was very detailed and made sure the screens fit the window properly. We were very pleased to have a smooth experience with this company.

When I called I was able to immediately schedule an appointment for a few days later. Mike arrived on time and worked quickly--he did a great job fitting the screens. I needed screens for white and black windows, so he brought the appropriate materials. The final price was much better than prices that other companies quoted me.
