He was very punctual, charged a bit more than I was quoted over the phone, but that was okay. 3 screen did not come out and he replaced them in place which required some skill. I was satisfied with the tech and very impressed with his work. Thanks again, Kathy Eskew

The appointment process was easy to set up, I was given a date 1 week ahead of time. 
The guy who showed up had a Truck with a trailer attached to the back that was a mobile workshop. Coming from someone with a construction background I was impressed with the level and spectrum of tooling he carried on his truck. Its always been my understanding that anyone who works in construction knows that if you dont have the right tool for the job then you're not the right guy for the job. That being said, he was fully prepared for any and all situations that could arise. He took all his measurements and took his measurements to his workshop and whipped out screens like they were going out of style. After he made quick work of the first house (2 rescreens, 1 oversized screen and 2 new frames and screens) we went to the second house. The second house was a bit more tricky in that some of the windows installed were a certain size (size of the casing dictates the thickness of the frame for the screen). He took all his measurements and began to make all his screens/repairs outside. He made a slight error in one of the screens (mixed up the measurements) and quickly remade a screen. 
Overall the finished product was exactly what I was looking for. The price was non negotiable (I thought since I had several screens to fix/reconstruct that I could get a group rate) so I was a little disappointed with that but it was still a decent rate. Granted I was trying to negotiate a rate without knowing the quality of craftsmanship so I get it now. All in all I think for the time spent, quality of product and customer service, the price is completely justified. Thanks SCREENMOBILE, your work is much appreciated.
