SANDS PLUMBING

They were recommended by a friend. They were on time.  They've done plumbing for me for a handful of years. 

John works fast and efficiently.  Additionally, he's a good conversationalist.

The water heater has been working very well and we certainly will call Mark again when we have any plumbing problems.

I mentioned it above, but I will say it again....Mark Sands is a fine plumber, who  took care of a horrible mess quickly and efficiently.  He treats his customers like family, and we return the compliment.

We bought the house in 2000 and it had an older water heater. So we decided to go ahead and replace it even though it seemed to be fine and it was in there for many years. So the plumber checked it out and he said that if I wished to then I could probably continue with it. He wasn?t asking me to replace it for money but it was a very labor intensive job. He told me about the risk of it leaking all over the garage. So I chose to go ahead and get a new one. The earthquake straps were not actually required and he didn?t charge me for that. So I thought that was extremely nice as well as efficient. I have been pleased with him. We have old toilets which are original and were installed in 1973. I don?t like the new flush toilets since you have to flush them twice. So it?s not efficient in saving water. However, he has kept these toilets working and I am very happy with that. One of the other things that I really like about Mr. Sands is that he is a very honest man. He will discuss things with you back and forth about what you feel. He is also a very pleasant person. He is a good Christian man and I feel very nice that I don?t have to worry about anything. I have also referred him to other people. I have always been very happy with his work. I would definitely use his services if I have any other plumbing problems.

He is one of the most honest plumbers I know. I have older toilets and they don't work very well and he keeps them up. His prices are pretty reasonable. He is honest about if his work is worth the price or not.

The approximate cost listed was for the hot water heater and for labor. On that occasion he had to come out in the middle of the night and work until midnight to get the job done! He's been very good plumber. He shows up on time when he says he will and does what he says he is going to do. He is very, very nice! We will continue to use him and would recommend him to others!
