They did a good job and were in and out quickly.

They were fine. The repair was because somebody else came and put a toilet improperly, and that is what led to the leak and the damage to the ceiling. The ceiling still looks good. They showed up when they said they were going to, and did what they said they were going to.

Scott was referred to me through another Angie's List company.  Upon seeing the ceilings, he quoted me a cost of 400-500 dollars, saying he wouldn't really know the extent of the work until he removed the damaged ceiling sections.  The work was done well, and in a timely manner, with the final cost being $550.  Scott and his partner did a fine job of repairing the damaged areas and priming them; leaving them ready to be painted.  I was also impressed with cleanliness in which the work was performed.  Drywall, can be a messy thing, but upon completion of the project (as well as while the project was ongoing), they kept the work space very clean.  I intend on using Scott's talents for more projects in the future.

I had contacted an Angie's List handyman for the job.  Knowing it required working on a roof and because he was physically limited from working on certain slanted roofs, he brought Scott along.  With my suggestions, we developed a plan.  Scott took my paint with him, bought a long, wide cedar board, primed and painted it, removed existing rotted siding and installed the new board.

I had left my home for the summer and left a check for Scott with a neighbor.  The neighbor deemed the work excellent and gave Scott the check.

I didn't want to report on the job until I returned home and saw the completed project.  When I returned, I saw a beautiful job.  My only complaint is that it makes the rest of the house look a little tired; I can live with that!

Excellent. Came to give a price, then scheduled to come back 2 days later to perform the work. Gave me extra work after he got into the job and discovered several extra hours needed to complete what he promised. Only asked for an additional $20 from estimate, which seemed extremely fair to me. Came when he said, and did what he said. Outstanding detail on everything. A real craftsman.

A handyman I found from Angie?s List referred Sanders to me. Sanders gave me 3 referrals, and all were good recommendations. It took 5 days and he said it would take about two. They did a great job on the bedroom, but the kitchen cabinets were not as good. It looked like they left before they finished. Some parts looked great, others looked horrible. He offered to come back to repair the necessary mistakes, but he wanted to charge me more to do it.
