They were excellent. They were running a little late but kept calling to inform me. They brought the furniture in wrapped I was very impressed. They were very professional came in did the work and finished.

The move team leader (3-man team) called about 30min ahead of arrival. Once on site, he inquired which items we wanted to be fully wrapped in blankets since this required more time. With everything ID'd for specific handling, the loading took 3 hrs. Team was very courteous and mindful of our three year-old, who followed us around as we frantically packed the last few boxes while the ones already taped were loaded on to the truck. They brought along all the wrap, tape, and extra wardrobe boxes for the job.

After the 20 mile drive to the new house it was about 1.5 hrs to unload. Everything made it intact (we intentionally minimized any breakages by moving the fragile stuff ourselves in our own vehicles).

Was asked at the end of the job whether the office "sold" us on a three-man team or did we requested it. It was the latter, and we were then told that we made the right request since two-man team would have taken 7+ hours instead of the 5.5 hours for the three-man team. The rate was by time and not team size so we saved some $$$.

They moved us from La Jolla to North Park in about 7 hours. The 4 guys who came never stopped moving, except when they took 15 minute unpaid breaks. They wrapped up any furniture that could be easily damaged and we have not found any damage at all a week later.

The pricing was accurate and they were very courteous. Compared to some bad moving company experiences I have had in the past, they did a great job.

The two men that we hired arrived early, brought their own truck ans supplies, and worked very efficiently. They moved our entire household in four hours, requiring little effort on our part. It may the move much easier as we could unpack while they unloaded. I was very impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. One of them actually carried a large reclining chair up stairs by himself. When we move again, we will definitely be calling Tian Moving.
