Tommy was on time today and very professional. His customer service was and A+. He was very receptive to our 4 year old son who had many questions for him while he worked. I am glad we addressed the initial mixup because of the service Tommy provided was exceptional. Thanks Tommy.
Update 1:
Tommy was on vacation when he confirmed his appointment with us. It seems like an honest mistake. He has offered to perform the services this Tuesday, the 19th. I am going to leave my ratings as is until this date and will provide a further update rating afterwards.

The provider no showed and didn't call. There has not been any communication by the provider since his last email on 12/30. The scheduled appointment was for 1/6.
"This was a total bungle on my part. Over the holidays I was traveling home to visit family, and I responded to Mr. [Member Name Removed] on the day before New Year's Eve (the day we did a major drive). After responding, I left for my drive, intending to update my calendar in the evening. While I checked and updated my email, I forgot to update my calendar from my angie's list email. This was an error on my part, and Mr. [Member Name Removed] is a gentleman for inviting me to complete the job. I plan on doing everything that I can to make sure he is satisfied, and I'm extremely grateful for his understanding. Thank You!"
