Installed sub-standard cedar planks in my opinion.  Half the planks had 3 to 4 knot holes almost 2 inches large with see through cracks in them. When I complained about it they insisted it was grade 1 wood.  I was told I would have to pay up to $9 a plank for better wood. They confirmed the wood was purchased from Home Depot.  The Home Depot near me did not have that poor quality of wood when I visited.  When I asked for a supervisor to come to my home to show my complaints, they refused.  There were also gaps greater than a 1/4 inch in several areas.  When I complained about that, I was told all the wood would eventually have gaps like that via aging.  As if that was an excuse for initial poor workmanship.

They were very good and very prompt and left the area nice and clean. I would recommend them.

It went excellent, and they stand behind their product.  They are also through, detailed, and professional.

I found them on Angie's List.  My experience with them was good.  They were always on time for the appointment.  They got the job done given the amount of time they said they would.  They were cheapest out of the three people I talked to.  So far everything's good.

Get wood redelivered and pre stain it.  also their contract exempts them from damaging hidden underground structures.  They caused $450 in damage to sprinkler lines.  There contract exempts them from being responsible from these damages.  Though it would have been ethical for the workers to tell me when they broke sprinkler PVC lines when they were digging post holes.  Then i could have marked the site.  This would have save me time and $ digging a trench following the PVC to each broken site.

Six adjacent houses in our neighborhood got together to share the cost to replace our old cedar wood back and side yard fencing.  ($3500 was our share for 1/2 of two sides and three gates.)  Brett from San Diego Fence did an excellent job meeting with all the neighbors and coordinating the estimates and schedule.  It took 3 weeks altogether to do all six yards.  The work involved removing the old wood fencing, digging & cementing new post holes & installing the new fencing while taking into account differences in heights in the various yards and working around sprinklers systems, drains, plants, & other obstructions.   The work crew did an excellent job and the fence looks great.  All homes are happy with the new vinyl fence and gates.

A few delays caused some problems with containing our dogs.  A two day project ended up being a 4+ day project.  Regardless, the quality and final product far exceeded our expectations.

They did a great job. They were efficient and did what they were supposed to do. I don't know exactly how much it was but they were very good. They were there when they said they were supposed to be there and they did the work on time. I think they were excellent.

They gentleman that came to do the job was very professional and efficient. He got the job done quickly and exactly as I asked him to do it. I was very pleased with the results.

They did a great job. I paid them around $2200. I chose them because of their price. They had installed my previous fence around 40 years ago. So, they have been around for a while. They gave me 15% off at the end of the first week. They did what they said they would do. They showed up on the day they said they would show up. They completed the work in lesser time. They didn?t need all the time on the second day. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had them do a fence 2 years ago and the quality was excellent. They are an expensive company, but they were worth it at the time. I had them come back to do a fence in my back yard and I have problems with the work they did. I am still waiting for a call back from them.
