I contacted SD Environmental prior to moving into a condo because I was concerned about the home's overall air quality, and especially the state of the shower in the master ensuite which appeared to have black mildew or possible mold on some of the tiles. Ryan responded quickly to my inquiry; he was able to adjust his schedule to conduct an inspection and testing at the condo the following day, and I received his written report with lab test results in less than 24 hours. I was very impressed with Ryan...extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Highly recommended!

I contacted SD Environmental to address a number of issues I am experiencing in my granny flat. My bathroom has had a musty smell, due to the lack of ventilation, as well as some mold growth in the shower. I also have a white almost chalky substance growing around my toilet. I hired SD Environmental to conduct an air quality test, so I can evaluate if this is something I should be concerned about. While the technician was at my home, he also suggested we test the air quality in the closet, because it is the area of the apartment that always stays dark and damp (near the ocean). Ryan was very professional, explained the process to me and has kept me updated every step of the way. I will be recommending SD Environmental to anyone I know that suspects mold issues!

Ryan from San Diego Environmental came to my apartment to conduct an air quality test. A friend recommended that I call SD Environmental, because he hired them before for a similar issue. I live in a very old studio and since my bathroom does not have a vent/fan, I started to notice a musty smell and some mold growing in my shower. The testing process was very quick and Ryan explained to me what he was doing. I am still eagerly awaiting the results from the lab, crossing my fingers it is not a "bad" mold! Definitely recommend using these guys, the whole process was painless and simple!
