They had a great selection and I was able to get a higher quality pad for the same price as the one under it because of a sale. The two men that installed the carpet were friendly and hard working.

I worked with Patti and Michelle in the showroom, both of whom were very helpful and nice. They gave me no problems about taking home samples (another flooring place kicked up a fuss). Rikki, who apparently is one of their best installers, did a great job; very professional, polite, and on-time. The wood floor looks absolutely gorgeous. Positive experience from start to finish. (I think it helped that the wood we bought was on sale; full-price would have been cost too much.) The only warning I have (and this applies to several flooring places I went to) is that when trying to find out the costs of installation ahead of time for comparison purposes, make sure you get all the installation costs; not only the cost to nail/glue down the floor, but to install baseboards/quarter rounds and any other extras. I went into a bit of sticker shock when it was time to sign the contract, although they explained all these costs to me and worked to reduce costs where we could.
