After nearly 5 years of living in our little house in Bay Park our family had grown and we needed to move on.   Mr. Eskilson was brought to my attention as he has an office in Bay Park, lives in Bay Park, and often walks the neighborhood delivering flyer / calendars.  I interviewed 3 different real estate agents and chose to work with Russ based on his congenial, flexible approach to my questions and concerns.    Where one agent had actually drawn up paperwork for what she thought I should ask for my house before having stepped foot in it, Russ took the time to go through the property, dig through all neighborhood comps, and work with me to agree on an asking price.  In the end it paid off and we sold the house for very close to asking.   Russ's service was attentive without being intrusive, always friendly, and patient with my first-time-seller questions.   I'd absolutely work with him again.
