Dear Rummy, I think all of the thanks and praise that I have heaped on you and your ADU design for me have gone through Esmeralda , and I feel badly about that. I should have contacted you directly long before now. I am grateful, not only for the fantastic design, but also for the render and video that you sent. When I have thoughts and questions about possibilities, I refer to them as resources, and it is so very helpful. So thank you, Rummy!
