Roy came to the rescue and didn't make me feel dumb about letting him go. His rates are cheaper than anyone around, and if something isnt right, he will come right back out and stay until its fixed.
One of the best traits is he doesn't nag every first of the month for the check. He waits until the first "service" day to collect it. Not that I don't like to pay, I just don't like nagging contractors, who make a special trip on Sunday morning to collect a check, just because its the first day of the month, even though their "service" days are Tuesdays.
My D.E. filter developed a hole in the course of a day or two. I called Roy on a Saturday and he came out both Saturday and Sunday to ensure it was fixed before my 4th of July party. That is true customer service.
He will often bring his Granddaughter over to help him during school vacations. She is always friendly with my kids, and more professional than most of the Adult contractors I work with daily.
