Excellent, May 2022 Rooter Ranger technician Frank Arias (and Juan!) was very knowledgeable about his job. He fully explained the issue and makes honest recommendations for repairs. He did an excellent job in conducting hydro jet cleaning both bathroom and main sewer lines and removed the clog. He definitely educated me about house plumbing/drains. He was responsive, prompt and clean/neat. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger!!! Thank you!! I will be contacting Frank soon for some additional work, couldn't find better! Thank you again!! Lisa N.

They did not follow the appointment that they set up 1 week ago. A 4 hour window appointment was accepted. When I called on the day of appointment, they said they can’t come. They let my water leak for 1 week. Unprofessional.

Terrible, Rooter Ranger didn't resolve my problem, they called me back after making a negative review, but nothing has happened. Rooter Ranger charged me 4500 for something that I didn't need. Very disappointed with this company. Look elsewhere and stay away.

Nick offered us four different options to solve our problem, we called him back and he installed a new gas water heater and updated our old settings to SD code. He did a great job. We really recommend him.

They arrived and said the system was unfixable and needed to be replaced. When I showed the plumber what the error code meant, he said maybe he could fix it after all. He then said he’d make calls to replace the part and replace it but I never heard from them again.

It turned out to be a problem with the controller on water softener and Frank, the service person, said it was something Culligan would need to repair.

Technician showed up said he couldn’t start tells Manager got there, half hour later he took off. Haven’t heard hide nor hair since

The estimate seemed excessively high so I asked the service repairman to provide a written breakdown of the costs. He said he would have that sent to me via email in two days. In the meantime, I priced the materials required to do the job and calculated that after deducting the cost of materials, the company would be charging me what I estimated to be a minimum of $285 an hour for the labor. At that point, I suspected that they were overcharging me. Another thing I did not appreciate is that the service provider first told me that his manager priced the project at about $4,900 but that they would do it for about $2,400 — which stuck me as a BS tactic to make me think the $2,400 charge was a “bargain.” It only further confirmed my suspicions when I never received an email with the cost breakdown I requested. I’m guessing they knew, because I asked for it, that I wasn’t going to approve of their cost breakdown. Sorry to say that because of this experience, I’m done with Angi. And I will never do business with a company that tries to BS me while ripping me off. Thumbs down to that.

We are very satisfied with the services that were provided by Morgan. Morgan was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We appreciated how he explained everything to us in great detail. We felt very comfortable with Morgan and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
