Robin Hilton Professional Land & Tree Maintenance

I am the President of our 16 unit HOA. We required over 10 very large trees (about 50 ft tall) removed and another 3 very tall trees trimmed. Robin Hilton Professional Land and Tree Maintenance provided a very reasonable estimate and won the bid. Given the scope of work, a team of 14 men showed up and were able to complete the work in one day. They removed debris by mulching it on site and trucking it away. All trees stumps were ground down 18 inches and evidence of trees removed was gone. What amazed me the most was how efficient,  professional and experienced her team was. I was so impressed with the team, I had to buy them lunch. You would be crazy not to hire them. You will be so pleased with their work ethic that you may also consider buying them lunch. There aren't enough stars to rate this business so they get the max!

Robin and her entire team were friendly, quick to reply, and professional. She provided a quote within 24 hours, and I was able to book the work a few days later. Robin kept me up to date on the timing of when the crews would arrive and what work would be done. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They cut down two large oversized Mexican Fan palms, two cypress trees, and a macadamia nut tree. They were quick, professional, and did an incredible job cleaning up our yard and the neighbors. Eric was the foreman on our job, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the work they did. To quote my husband, “They were amazing.” I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need work in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing to get a job done.

Scheduled a day/time 2 weeks out. Took a half day off of work to be there at 1030 (work was supposed to start around 1030-11am). At 8pm the night before, I get a text saying they needed to change the time to 8am due to some other client having an emergency. Since I wouldn't be home and my dogs needed to be secured in the house, I said that wasn't acceptable. We finally agreed to have them come out around lunchtime, but no earlier than 1130. At 1245, they called and said it would be closer to 230. They finally got there at 215, and worked until about 530. Work was done well and would use them again. Just had a bad taste in my mouth from the scheduling chaos.

Wow! Oh My! I have a large yard and have my trees trimmed with some regularity. I have used multiple tree services, but had yet to find "the one." Well, it was a happy accident, but the search is over! My neighbor had hired Robin Hilton Tree Service to do some work in his yard, and he noticed that I had a dead tree next to the fence that borders our property. He sent me an email to ask if I wanted to have it removed, and that since the trimmers were already here with all of their equipment, Robin would give me a good price. I had Robin come over and walk the property with me, and we discussed the work that I wanted to have done. She gave me a very good price, considering the numbers of trees that were involved. (I am going to propose to my neighbor that in the future, we always have our trees trimmed at the same time. That way we will benefit with a discount for having to bring all of the crews and equipment over just once!) Before I knew it, there were at least a dozen guys working in my yard, and they did an amazing job in record time. They also cleaned up beautifully, and my yard looked fantastic when they were finished. I could not be more pleased with Robin Hilton and her amazing crew of very talented tree trimmers. They were artists. I plan to use them again, and I would not hesitate to give them the most glowing recommendation.

Very well! Quick turnaround: hardworking crew showed up early and got the job done quickly and effectively. Cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, so much so that the yard looked cleaner than before they arrived. Had a problem with one of the neighbors complaining despite being aware of the impending work. The owner, Robin, has the problem resolved before I arrived (I left work). Highly recommend.
