They're A+ all the way around. I have been going there. The driver is a very nice guy, very polite, very good driver. The driving service is a big help. The guys behind the counter are always helpful. They find some ways to help save money.

I have been using them since 2000. They are wonderful have been rated top mechanics in my area. They guarantee their work for a year, no questions asked. In this day and age it is nice to know they are around. Pete is the owner and they are less expensive then the Mercedes dealership. They will work on my car until it is perfect before they will let me have it back. They will give me a rental if my car is not ready or if it will take longer than a day. This company is our favorite resource.

I have used Robert's Auto for several years now and always very pleased with their work.  They are always straight forward about their diagnosis, pricing, options and scheduling.   When unexpected extended time is needed for repairs they have provided a rental car at no expense.   Pick up and delivery is always an option, though I prefer to use their after hours key drop box.

The serpentine belt on our Honda Pilot started howling and the vehicle was almost due for a timing belt change, so I brought it in to Robert's auto.  They offered to just apply belt compound or replace the belt, but I asked them to change the timing belt and other associated hardware as well as fix the front brakes which were pulsing.  They were very courteous and polite and completed the job in the estimated time and for the estimated price.  They are probably not the cheapest shop, but the Pilot is running great and I would recommend them.

I would definitely recommend them to everyone in the area. They are very fast and efficient. I have been using them now for a while now, and I will continue to use them. They do a great job on my car.
